14-Day Return Policy
Awesome! Your product has arrived. Please try it on. Don't wash the items, or remove any tags. If you don't love it, contact us to request a return.
We offer a full refund on new, unworn merchandise provided that we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Exceptions: Final Sale (Sale Rack Items) which are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn and in it's original condition. We do carefully inspect all items, so please be careful when trying on items.
If the item(s) is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.
To return or exchange an item, follow the instructions below:
1. Email us at email@example.com and let us know you'd like to return or exchange. Please tell us your order number or the email address used to place the order plus details on what item you're exchanging. Within 48 hours, we'll provide authorization for your return.
2. Ship back the item. Please mail the package within 1-week of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund.
3. Receipt of your return. Once it's received in our warehouse and inspected, we'll refund your item or order to your payment method on file including shipping fees that we have charged you.
4. Refunds can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
During our final sale refunds, returns and exchanges are not possible.
